Hermes Calendar

Privacy policy

How the private calendar assistant handles Google Calendar information.

Effective date: September 2, 2026

Scope

This policy applies to the private Hermes Calendar installation used by Beast-Mode Builders. The tool is owner-operated and is not a public service with public registration or user profiles.

Information the app accesses

When authorized, Hermes Calendar uses Google OAuth and the Google Calendar API. The requested Google Calendar permission is https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar. Depending on the workflow, the app may process calendar event details such as titles, dates, times, locations, and descriptions, along with the authorization information needed to maintain access.

How information is used

Calendar information is used to support reminders, scheduling, and daily planning for the owner. The current installation is not used for advertising, profiling, credit decisions, sale of personal information, or any purpose unrelated to calendar assistance.

Where information is processed and stored

The app runs on an owner-controlled computer. Limited calendar information may be held in a local application cache or logs when needed for operation. OAuth credentials are stored locally with restricted file permissions and are not published on this website. This site does not provide a public calendar dashboard.

Sharing

Beast-Mode Builders does not sell Google Calendar information or share it with advertisers. The app does not intentionally disclose calendar information to other people through this website. Google may process information under its own services and policies when the owner uses Google Calendar or grants access through Google OAuth.

Retention and deletion

Local calendar data is retained only as needed for the private installation to provide reminders and planning support. The owner may remove local application data and revoke the app’s Google access. Because Google controls the authorization record, revocation should also be completed in the Google Account security settings.

Revoking Google access

The owner can review or remove the connection from Google Account third-party connections. Questions or deletion requests can be sent to jordan@beastmodebuilders.com.

Google API policy

Hermes Calendar’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when the private installation or its data practices change. The effective date above will be updated with material changes. Contact jordan@beastmodebuilders.com with questions about this policy.
