Hermes Calendar
Terms of service
Terms for the private calendar assistant used by Beast-Mode Builders.
Effective date: September 2, 2026
1. Private service
Hermes Calendar is a private, owner-operated calendar assistant used by Beast-Mode Builders. It is not a public subscription service and does not provide public account registration. Access may be limited, changed, or ended by the owner at any time.
2. Authorized access
Use of the installation is limited to people authorized by the owner. Anyone given access must protect account credentials and must not attempt to access another person’s calendar without permission.
3. Google services
Hermes Calendar connects to Google Calendar through Google OAuth. Google Calendar remains a Google service governed by Google’s terms and policies. The owner may revoke access at any time through Google Account settings.
4. Acceptable use
The tool may be used only for lawful calendar reminders, scheduling, and related planning. It must not be used to bypass account security, collect calendar information without authorization, interfere with Google services, or violate applicable law or third-party terms.
5. Calendar information and decisions
Calendar reminders are provided for convenience. The owner remains responsible for checking the original calendar and making scheduling decisions. Hermes Calendar is not an emergency notification system and should not be relied on where a missed reminder could create a safety, legal, or financial risk.
6. Availability and changes
The private installation may be unavailable during maintenance, software changes, network outages, or Google service interruptions. Features and workflows may change without advance notice.
7. No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the private tool is provided as-is and as-available. No warranty is made that every reminder will be delivered, that calendar information will always be current, or that the tool will be free of errors or interruptions.
8. Contact
